Shipping

The shipping fee is calculated based on the weight of your ordered goods. All the item prices are exclusive of delivery fee and shows in details of products. Besides that, Felt ~ Ur Lovely Gift does combine multiple items so that you can save on delivery fees. For more information, please feel free to email us at felt.urlovelygift@gmail.com .

The item will be shipped the next day after the payment clearance is completed. Felt ~ Ur Lovely Gift does not ship to P.O. boxes or postal outlet addresses (i.e. Mailboxes Etc), we will ship only to a physical street address. In the event that there is no one available to sign for the order, the items will be sent back to us, therefore please provides us a confirmed delivery address and there is anybody available to sign for the order to minimize the possibility of delivery delay.

Felt ~ Ur Lovely Gift does ship to worldwide with standard shipping cost via favorable Expedited Mail Service (EMS) / POSLAJU or POS Malaysia. All courier prices are varies depends on the location. The prices of the items are quoted in RM (Ringgit Malaysia) for Malaysia buyer and in USD (US Dollar) for International buyer.


Regular Delivery

Malaysia
Delivery standard of next working day is applicable only for areas covered by Poslaju Centres. For other areas, the delivery standard is within a week, not inclusive of Sunday / Public Holidays delivery.
International
International orders are shipped via Expedited Mail Service (EMS) / POSLAJU (with the possibility of tracking on-line via the Internet) within a week. All transit times are subject to Custom clearance times.


Express Delivery / Same Day Delivery


Regardless of your location, Felt ~ Ur Lovely Gift will send goods to your door in the same day delivery via Poslaju Express. Express Delivery is applicable only for areas covered by Poslaju Centres. The express shipping fee is calculated based on the weight of your ordered goods and there are shows in details of products. You are welcome to email Felt ~ Ur Lovely Gift if you have any enquiries about express delivery.


Malaysia orders must be placed before 10am to ensure same day delivery service. Unfortunately we are unable to delivery after 10am and on Sunday / public holidays.
