Q: I am very interested in your products and would like to know if there are any differences between the pictures and the real objects.

A: The pictures of the product on Felt ~ Ur Lovely Gift‘s blog are taken from the actual products themselves, the colours and materials may look different due to different screens and sunlight.


Q: Can I know the shipping fee before I place an order?

A: The shipping fee is calculated based on the weight of your ordered goods. All delivery fees are shown in details of products. Once you place an order, you will be given an invoice with the stock and delivery fee information. Besides that Felt ~ Ur Lovely Gift does combine shipping so that can save more delivery fee for you. You are welcome to email Felt ~ Ur Lovely Gift if you have any enquiries about delivery fee.


Q: Is there a minimum purchase?

A: No, however purchase more can let you save more delivery fees.


Q: What currency are your prices in?

A: All prices are quoted in RM (Ringgit Malaysia) for Malaysia buyer and in USD (US Dolar) for International buyer.


Q: What if the products sold out?

A: Our items are very limited in quantity. If the product you are interested in shows a "Sold Out" tag, then u can email us for further details.


Q: How will I know Felt ~ Ur Lovely Gift received my order?

A: Once you place an order you will be given an invoice with the stock and delivery fee information for your payment process. Felt ~ Ur Lovely Gift will send you a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order being shipped.


Q: Are there other ways to order besides ordering online?

A: Sorry, Felt ~ Ur Lovely Gift only accepts ordering online currently.


Q: How quickly will my order arrive?

Regular Delivery

Malaysia
Delivery standard of next working day is applicable only for areas covered by Poslaju Centres. For other areas, the delivery standard is within a week, not inclusive of Sunday / Public Holidays delivery.

International
International orders are shipped via Expedited Mail Service (EMS) / POSLAJU (with the possibility of tracking on-line via the Internet) within a week. All transit times are subject to Custom clearance times.

Express Delivery / Same Day Delivery


Regardless of your location, Treble Giraffe Land will send goods to your door in the same day delivery via Poslaju Express. Express Delivery is applicable only for areas covered by Poslaju Centres. The express shipping fee is calculated based on the weight of your ordered goods and there are shows in details of products. You are welcome to email Felt ~ Ur Lovely Gift if you have any enquiries about express delivery.


Malaysia orders must be placed before 10am to ensure same day delivery service. Unfortunately we are unable to delivery after 10am and on Sunday / public holidays.


Q: Is my package insured?

A: Not as standard but this can be arranged as an optional extra and at an additional cost to you.


Q: How if failed delivery to my doorstep?

Felt ~ Ur Lovely Gift does not ship to P.O. boxes or postal outlet addresses (i.e. Mailboxes Etc), we will ship only to a physical street address. In the event that there is no one available to sign for the order, the items will be sent back to us therefore please provides us a confirmed delivery address and there is anyone available to sign for the order to minimize the possibility of delivery delay.


Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: All goods sold are final. It is not refundable or exchangeable. We hold no responsibility of damages and lost during the process of delivery of the goods.
